Our product is true to size which means 1 year old girl should wear 1Y size and so on, but you can always take your child's body measurement and find the size which has the most similar measurement as below to decide which size to go. More information for up/down sizing is provided in the description. 

If you are not able to take the child's body measurement but dimension of the dress that fits her best, you can refer to the last photo in the media for dimension of the finished garment.

Local Singapore delivery: 

Standard: 5sgd, 4 working days

Express: 12sgd, 1-2 working days (We will reach out to you for additional charge 5sgd for location in Sentosa and Tuas)

- The parcel is likely returned to us if it fails to be delivered on the 1st attempt. You can contact us for a confirmation to pick up from our place at 14 La Salle, 456934 . If you wish to reschedule delivery, we will charge an additional amount which is stated in Fee.

International delivery:

If your delivery address is oversea, we will check the delivery rate and confirm to you to top up the delivery charge. If you would like to get the rate before placing order, please send us an email to twoandahalfstore@gmail.com, we check and inform you 

We accept exchange, return and refund on case by case basis. Please send us a whatsapp message +65 98183643 or email to twoandahalfstore@gmail.com with reason for exchange/return/refund, we will check and offer solution for each case.

We are likely to accept exchange due to sizing and return/refund due to product defects.
